By now, you've likely heard the big news: earlier this month Certinia introduced Veda, our intelligent operations engine, combining specialist AI agents and intelligent actions natively inside your Certinia environment on Salesforce. The response has been incredible, and I couldn't be more proud of what the team has built.

But here's the thing: our Spring ‘26 release  was one of the most packed releases in Certinia's history, and Veda wasn't the only story worth telling.

Every Spring release, our product and engineering teams ship a wave of enhancements across PS Cloud, CS Cloud, and FM Cloud — the kind of thoughtful, high-impact improvements that come directly from listening to our customers. This year was no different. In fact, I'd argue this Spring '26 release represents some of our most meaningful platform-wide progress to date. So consider this your official "what else is new" moment.

First, a Word on Services Forecasting

Before we dive in, I want to give a quick nod to one of the most significant new additions to PS Cloud this release: Services Forecasting This is a purpose-built forecasting product that gives project managers, service leaders, and finance teams a unified, real-time view of revenue, cost, and margin, embedded directly in PS Cloud with no separate system required. It deserves its own spotlight, which is why we published a dedicated deep-dive blog post on Services Forecasting last week on our blog. For the purposes of this post, we'll be focusing on everything else that shipped this Spring.

What's New in PS Cloud

The PS Cloud team delivered a set of enhancements this Spring that target some of the most persistent friction points in professional services operations.

Attribute-Based Pricing in Services Estimator gives pricing managers a smarter way to handle value-based conversations. Through Guided Scoping, you can now create requirements and responses with conditions that automatically trigger pricing adjustments, so you're no longer manually updating rate cards at every deal stage. This is a meaningful shift toward more strategic, consistent deal structuring.

Mass Staffing Actions is exactly what it sounds like, and exactly what teams have been asking for. You can now mass assign, unassign, unhold, and reallocate work across multiple resource requests in a single action, eliminating the tedious, repetitive updates that cost your staffing managers hours every week.

Work-Driven Skills Profiles takes the burden of profile maintenance off your team entirely. The system automatically recommends skill updates based on completed assignments and surfaces those suggestions as alerts. One click to add. Your skills data stays accurate and current without relying on anyone to remember to update a record.

RAID To-Do Checklist and Delivery Tracker brings a centralized, simplified view of RAID actions and project tasks across multiple projects, and both are now available in Experience Cloud portal app pages, making them accessible to the extended project teams and clients who need visibility.

What's New in CS Cloud

The CS Cloud team focused this Spring on giving Customer Success Managers more leverage, both in driving revenue and in managing their portfolios at scale.

Expansion Opportunity Management is a capability CSMs have long needed. You can now identify, nurture, and transition potential expansion opportunities directly within CS Cloud, creating a clear audit trail for Customer Success Qualified Leads and ensuring a seamless handover to Sales with accurate revenue attribution. This closes a meaningful gap between customer success and revenue operations.

Product Reporting Dimensions lets teams group and weight health scores by specific product lines. If you're managing customers with diverse product portfolios, this gives you the granularity to identify product-specific risks and demonstrate value in a way that resonates with your customers and your own leadership.

Marketo Integration connects your customer success data directly to Marketo, enabling personalized email triggers based on actual product usage. Your CSMs stay focused on high-value relationship work while the system handles routine, timely outreach automatically.

Bridge the gap between CS and RevOps with a seamless workflow to identify, nurture, and transition CSQLs with full revenue attribution.

What's New in FM Cloud

Finance Management Cloud had a strong Spring as well, with several updates aimed at accelerating financial close and reducing the manual tax on your accounting teams.

Reimagined Revenue Management delivers high-performance analytics, real-time status indicators, and instant drillable insights directly into the financial close process. Critical financial data is immediately accessible, actionable, and governed with the rigor your CFO expects, helping you move from close to confidence faster.

Mass Document Duplication allows accounting teams to duplicate documents in bulk and pull records from closed periods into the current ledger. If you've ever spent a period-end manually re-entering data you already had, this one is for you.

Automated Prepaid Journals eliminates manual pro-rata calculations with automated daily-value journals for prepaid expenses. This keeps your financial reporting accurate and makes period-end review significantly faster and more reliable.

E-Invoicing for Spain and Poland expands our global compliance coverage to meet new regulatory requirements in both countries, part of our ongoing commitment to supporting customers wherever they operate.

All of these capabilities and more are documented in the Spring '26 Release Hub, where you'll find release notes, product documentation, and walkthrough videos. And if you'd like to see any of these features in action, make sure you're registered for the upcoming Spring '26 product webinars:

Spring '26 was a big release by any measure. Veda gets the headline, and it deserves it. But the platform-wide progress this quarter reflects something I'm equally proud of: a team that never stops listening to customers and never stops raising the bar across every corner of our product.

There's a lot of great work here. I hope you get a chance to explore it!
