  • Spaulding Ridge, Penrod, and Neocol each cut manual work in solution architecture drafting, seller prep, and SOW workflows using Certinia AI agents.

Every professional services organization can make bold claims about their AI capabilities. In fact, 98% of services leaders worldwide surveyed for the 2026 Global Service Dynamics Report say they have deployed AI in some form. But results are harder to come by: only 20% say the results of their AI deployments have exceeded expectations.

That gap comes down to the foundation underneath the AI. Results follow when AI runs on one connected view of the business: a single source of truth, built into the tools and workflows where work already happens, pulling structured and unstructured context into one clear picture. The organizations getting real results choose vendors with proof already in hand.

Here's a look at what the winning 20% looks like up close.

Diabsolut Turns AI Into a New Business Model

For nearly two decades, Diabsolut has helped companies implement Salesforce and Certinia across North America, the UK, and Ireland. But by 2026, the firm saw a gap between the advice it gave clients and how it ran its own business. Senior consultants spent hours writing technical plans and chasing spreadsheets instead of solving client problems. Invoices crawled through approval, slowing cash flow. And it was getting harder to sell an AI transformation story Diabsolut hadn't proven on itself, especially with time-and-materials contracts that didn't match where clients wanted the conversation to go.

So Diabsolut decided to become its own proving ground. The firm deployed Certinia's Veda AI agents, including a Project Assistant and a combined Customer Success and Staffing Agent, straight into Slack, where its teams already worked. Connected to real project data, staffing plans, and billing systems, the agents could act on the business instead of just reporting on it. “What we did was automate low-value, high-friction steps like transcripts, requirements, backlogs, and scoping,” says Vivek Rathod, Director of Technical Architecture at Diabsolut. “This freed up our outcomes architects to focus on outcomes, not paperwork.”

The shift paid off fast. Diabsolut cut documentation time by 70% and sped up invoice turnaround by 40%, freeing consultants to spend their time on strategy instead of paperwork. The firm has deployed eight agents in six months, a project it once expected to take a year and a half, and is now adding two to four new agents every month. More than the speed, Diabsolut can finally back up the transformation story it has been selling to clients. “The ability to have AI that understands our business context and acts on it, rather than simply reporting on it, is what makes Veda a meaningful step forward for us,” said Uriah Hakala, SVP Professional Services at Diabsolut.

Nextview Puts Agents to Work in Slack

Nextview is a Salesforce consulting partner working across seven countries in Northern Europe, and growth was exposing cracks. Every new deal meant hours of manual estimating and digging through dozens of tabs and resumes to match consultants to projects. Simple documents like steering committee decks ate a program manager's entire afternoon. The admin work wasn't just slow. It was cutting into margins and pulling attention away from the outcomes clients actually cared about.

Nextview leaned on Certinia partner CBEE Remarkable to design and deploy Certinia's Veda AI agents inside Slack, where deal teams already worked. A Staffing Agent scans the whole consulting bench for the right mix of skills and availability, and a Project Assistant Agent pulls together steering committee reports complete with budget, risk, and project health. “The Staffing Agent can actually give us more variations of the competency or the skills that would actually work for each project,” Dico Timmerman, Delivery Director, explains. “Now, Nextview has better delivery team alignment between availability and skills, with far less manual effort.”

The payoff showed up in both speed and quality. The Staffing Agent now scans 150 colleagues for skills and availability at once instead of consultants flipping through resumes one by one. Steering committee reports that used to take hours of manual assembly now generate with a click, freeing program managers to spend their time on the client conversation instead of the paperwork behind it. “Project Managers don't have to dig around and find all the information for their Steering Committee preparation anymore,” says Timmerman. “It's now a quality information gathering exercise for the project manager.”

Pro Tips

Practical takeaways for services leaders evaluating AI agents:

  • Start with your own team as customer zero before pitching AI transformation to clients — internal proof builds credibility fast.
  • Baseline your documentation and admin time before deploying agents, so you have a real number to measure against.
  • Put AI agents where your team already works, such as Slack or email, instead of asking people to learn a new tool.
  • Use early wins in a single workflow, like staffing or invoicing, to build the business case for outcomes-based contracts.

More Customers, More Wins

The results don't stop at just two customers. Every day, services organizations are winning with Certinia:

Spaulding Ridge cut solution architecture drafting time 4x, from roughly 80 hours down to under 20, freeing consultants to chase new business instead of writing documents.

Penrod cut seller prep time in half while improving organizational memory across the team.

Neocol brought its entire sales team live on a new SOW-drafting workflow within nine days of launch.

Different firms. Different problems. Consistently powerful results: real world agents absorbing the busywork so people can focus on the parts of the job that need their attention the most.

Make This Your Story

Don’t just take our word for it: this kind of customer success is one reason why IDC named us a Leader in its MarketScape for AI-Enabled PSA Applications. Why MGI Research named us a Leader in its 2026 PSA Market Innovation Map. And why theCUBE Research called Veda “an important blueprint for translating digital labor into economic outcomes.”
