Dreamforce returns to San Francisco from September 14–17, and Certinia is showing up in full force once again. Across four days at Fogo de Chão and the Dreamforce campground, we are bringing you expert sessions, live demos, and elevated hospitality—alongside some news we cannot wait to share.
Here is what is in store, and how to get in the room.
Monday 9/14: Re-Engineering the Post-Sale Organization for the AI Era
We kick off Monday evening at 5:00pm with an executive session celebrating the launch of author Rod Cherkas’s new book, The Chief Customer Officer Playbook for the AI Era. Joined by Certinia CCO Todd Kisaberth and ESG’s Dr. Melissa Langworthy, the conversation looks at what it takes to unify customer success and professional services around a single view of the customer, followed by an exclusive reception.
Tuesday, 9/15: Our biggest moment of the week
At 4:30pm comes our biggest moment of the week. Certinia CEO DJ Paoni takes the stage with leaders from Salesforce and Google Cloud for the session we have been building toward all year: The System of Action: Your Blueprint for 10x Growth. They’ll reveal why AI-powered growth isn't a 1–4% tweak — it's a 10x leap, and they're sharing the exact playbook to get there.
The session flows straight into our Rare and Well Done reception at Certinia House (Fogo de Chão) for bourbon tastings, custom leather embossing, and cuts you won't see on any standard menu.
Wednesday, 9/16: Agentic roadmap vision and the future of services
Wednesday morning opens over breakfast with Certinia Chief Product & Technology Officer Raju Malhotra and Principal Product Solution Architect Matt Byrne for Certinia's Agentic Roadmap, Paving the Way for the Next Generation Services Economy, a first look at how human teams and AI agents work side-by-side across the services lifecycle, with live demos of what’s coming next and what it all means for your business.
In the afternoon, CMO Mimi Spier hosts The Future of Services is Here, featuring live demos from Principal Solution Engineer Meghan Eifealdt and customer leaders sharing how they're putting connected data and AI to work across sales, delivery and customer success. We wrap the day at Certinia House with Golden Hour: live music, Latin-inspired bites, and tequila tastings before Dreamfest.
Pro Tips
Getting the most out of your Dreamforce experience can take a bit of planning before you arrive in San Francisco. Here are a few ways to make the week count:
- Register for our sessions and receptions as early as you can. Many sessions are already filling up, and seats are limited!
- Come to the AI maturity assessment with a real business question in mind. The tool tailors its output to your role, so a specific scenario gets you a sharper read.
- If you're attending with colleagues, split up across the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions rather than all going to the same one. The roadmap session and the customer session cover different ground.
- Block time for the booth separately from your scheduled meetings. Walking the campground floor at a quiet moment (early morning or right after lunch) tends to get you more one-on-one time with the team.
Roundtables and partner sessions all week
Alongside headline moments, we are running industry roundtables over lunch with partners CLD Partners and Diabsolut, tackling the practical side of moving a services organization toward agentic AI. On the Dreamforce campground stage, look for sessions on cutting admin time with staffing agents, connecting Claude to AgentExchange through Salesforce MCP, and building AI workflows into Slack.
Campground, demos and assessments
Certinia's campground booth (#506) runs all four days with hands-on demo stations and an AI Maturity Assessment: a short, persona-based tool that shows where your organization stands today and what to focus on next. Take 15 minutes at one of our demo kiosks, or ask any Certinia team member at Fogo de Chão to walk you through it.
Campground sessions include:
- How Diabsolut Cut Admin Tasks by 70% with Staffing Agents (Tue, Sept 15 | 2:00 PM PT | AgentExchange Theater): Join Diabsolut’s Uriah Hakala and Salesforce’s James Kenna to see how Diabsolut automated project scoping and staffing in Slack with Certinia Staffing Agent.
- From Prompt to Slack App: Build AI Workflows with Salesforce (Tue, Sept 15 | 4:00 PM PT | Metreon AMC, Theater 12): Certinia’s Matt Byrne, Telnyx’s Anusha Thukral, and CaapX.ai’s Sunil Thukral share low-code Flow strategies to connect Salesforce and Slack.
- Bridge Claude and AgentExchange with Salesforce MCP (Wed, Sept 16 | 2:30 PM PT | AgentExchange Theater): Watch Certinia’s Matt Byrne and Salesforce’s Mark Vogelsgesang demo connecting Claude directly to your org context using Salesforce Hosted MCP.
You can also book a meeting with Certinia right here.
