Mimi brings more than 25 years of experience helping B2B technology companies drive sustainable, scalable growth across SaaS, AI, cloud, and data platforms. She has built and led high-performing marketing organizations that align closely with sales and product, improve pipeline quality and conversion, and create the kind of repeatable growth engines that fuel long-term success.
Mimi’s foundation in product marketing and her business-first approach to brand and demand make her an ideal partner for this moment in Certinia’s journey. She has a proven track record of sharpening positioning, defining and expanding market categories, and turning complex technology into clear, differentiated value for customers. Her experience at global leaders like Oracle, SAP, and VMware and growth startups, gives her a unique blend of operating discipline and agility that fits our culture and ambitions.
This leadership addition comes as we double down on helping services businesses harness agentic AI in a way that is grounded in real operational outcomes. With the recent launch of Veda, our AI engine for services operations, we are focused on eliminating the burden of manual administrative work, accelerating revenue, and orchestrating a trusted hybrid of human expertise and digital workers across the end-to-end services lifecycle. Mimi will play a central role in telling that story, elevating our brand, and partnering with customers, partners, and analysts to define the next chapter of AI-powered services operations together.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mimi is deeply engaged in her community, serving on the boards of Best Buddies and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), and on the advisory boards of Emerix.ai, Validminds.ai, and Foresight.works. She spent more than 20 years in the Bay Area and now lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and three children.
