Know your baseline. Jot down a few numbers, such as hours per SOW, time to staff a project, or how much admin time your team absorbs. Starting numbers make your 90-day targets provable.
Bring the right people. Consider who should be in the room, such as a sponsor or the leader who owns the process. Having a decision-maker there helps you leave with owners and next steps.
