• Improve project health and margins with AI (PS Cloud): The new Project Assistant Agent reduces administrative overhead by proactively identifying data anomalies, such as missing time cards, overdue project items, and milestones  approaching critical status. This elevates your Project Managers and helps ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery with better margins.
• Focus more on your customers with AI-Powered Summaries (CS Cloud): New AI-powered Customer Account Summaries give Customer Success Managers (CSMs) an instant overview of an account, including CS activities, key stakeholders, executive summaries, and strategic insights. This means faster prep and more strategic and meaningful customer conversations.  
  
• Drive consistent action with Dynamic Playbooks (CS Cloud): New Dynamic Playbooks use AI to create customized workflows based on business policies, best practices, and customer-specific insights. For example, a dip in a customer's health score immediately triggers a tailored playbook. This enables your CS team to drive consistent, intelligent action across their entire book of business.
  
  
• Customize Generative AI Summaries (PS Cloud): We are enhancing your ability to get the most value from complex project data with the AI Prompt Configuration Builder (Generative AI) to customize Project Summaries. This means you can choose which data elements and custom fields appear in your AI-generated summaries, making these insights instantly more relevant to your leadership and stakeholders.

• Simplify and accelerate estimation and quoting (PS Cloud): The new Leverage Model (Top-Down Estimation) and Role Multiplier fundamentally change how large estimates are scoped. These features allow you to define total hours/price top-down, or multiply a single role across many consultants. This results in significantly faster quoting and reduces the complexity of managing large, multi-year estimates.

• Staff resources at the speed of business (PS Cloud): We have focused on Work Planner Efficiency Enhancements to eliminate friction in resource scheduling. Resource Managers can now take direct staffing actions (like assigning held requests) within the Work Planner, reducing clicks and accelerating time-to-staff for routine actions.
  
  
• Ensure your accounting is accurate with contract cancellations (FM Cloud): We’re automating the manual processes that are required to ensure your accounting is accurate when you cancel a contract. This includes automatically creating the appropriate sales credit notes and precisely matching them to the outstanding invoices.
  
  
• Perform cash matching your way (FM Cloud): The updated Cash Matching UX allows for more customization and flexibility to align the process with your unique business workflows, making cash application faster and simpler.
  
  
• Comply with global regulatory processes (FM Cloud): E-invoicing coverage (sending and receiving) for customers that are based in or participate in trade with Malaysia is a part of our ongoing commitment to support complex and evolving global regulatory requirements.
