Our commitment to that value is the driving force behind our latest news. Today I’m excited to announce that we’re growing our investment in innovation with an expanded Research & Development (R&D) team and the opening of a new office in Bengaluru, India.

A strong R&D organization is key to our ability to deliver high-impact products that help services businesses operate smarter, faster, and with greater certainty. Growing our investment in R&D enables us to rapidly evolve our platform, respond even faster to customer needs, and stay ahead of market shifts; especially as AI redefines what’s possible across the services value chain.

Growing a dedicated R&D team in this location gives us direct access to this expertise and supports our commitment to investing in a region where innovation is woven into its very fabric. Working in tandem with our Centers of Excellence in Harrogate, England and Granada, Spain, these teams will strengthen our ability to innovate with greater scale and power.
