Joe Minutoli
General Counsel
Joe Minutoli leads Certinia’s legal function as General Counsel, bringing over 20 years of experience advising high-growth SaaS companies on global commercial strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. He has held senior legal roles at Okta, AppDirect, SnapLogic and Fivetran, where he supported international expansion, led cross-functional initiatives, and scaled legal operations to enable business growth.
At Certinia, Joe oversees the legal, compliance, and governance functions, helping to advance the company’s mission as the leading Services-as-a-Business platform.
Joe earned his J.D. from University of San Francisco School of Law and holds a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Notre Dame.
